1. Pre-arrival

You can book your stay online at www.sidmouthcottages.co.uk. Our cottages are bookable from the 3rd of December onwards.

The guidelines and measures taken by us are to ensure that you are able to relax in the knowledge that your stay with us is as safe and controlled as possible. If you have any questions regarding any of the information below, please call Bill on 07442160882

We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you call us to postpone your stay. These include; A high temperature, a new and persistent cough and loss of taste and smell. 

 We strongly recommend that you download the government-approved track and tracing app to ensure we are all alerted to any guests who may pose a risk of spreading Covid-19.

If you or your family have suffered with Covid-19 please ensure that you have sufficiently isolated yourselves for at least 2 weeks prior to your stay with us.

 

2. Arrival & check-in

Keys for the cottages are in small lockboxes next to the doors, we will supply you with the code for your respective cottage before arrival.

3. Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Every guest bedroom and en-suite will be fully sanitised before each stay.

Fabric items such as mattresses, pillows, cushions, carpet, chairs and other furniture are sprayed with an approved sanitising solution, which is effective in killing Covid-19 but otherwise harmless to you and us.

All surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and cleaned prior to your arrival.

Linens and towels are professionally washed on high heat, with added sanitisation.

Our housekeeping teams will wear the appropriate PPE as and when necessary during cleaning.              

4. Spa & leisure facilities

Please note: If you are using the hot tub during your stay please read the general safety notice and wipe down the touch points after use - the hot tub will be cleaned down prior and after your stay.

5. Check-out 

We kindly ask that you consider our cleaners when checking out, please take all of your rubbish to the bin area at the front of the site and leave the cottage in the safest possible manner for our team coming in to clean after you.

Please strip your bedding and put any dirty laundry including towels in the bath tub.

These will be cleaned separately with a stronger solution
