The arrival time is from 4pm
The departure time: The property should be vacated by 10am
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Only the person who booked must make any cancellations in writing. Cancellations made prior to 30 days, the guest will receive a full refund,
Non-refundable If the guest cancels under 30 days before departure.
There is an administration fee of £35 deducted when a full refund is issued.
Complaints Policy and procedure
You should report without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown of any appliance in the Property and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as is reasonably possible so that your issue or complaint can be addressed before you leave. All complaints need to be made in writing. This gives the management a chance to find a suitable solution or offer you an alternative solution for your issue(s) Once a complaint is received by the management, a case will be opened, followed up with a phone call or visit to the property to try to resolve the issue(s) All issues will be addressed and resolved either by fixing the issue or if your issue(s) cannot be resolved, the management will try to find an alternative solution which you are satisfied with.
If you decide to leave early (before your departure date) without informing management of your issues, you will not be able to claim a refund. We work hard to ensure that you have a great stay here and will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your booking and our service. However, if you do not follow the complaints procedure, fail to inform us there is a problem and do not give us a chance to resolve the issues before you leave the site, we will not be able to offer you any alternative.
